Scale The Summit is an amazing band from Houston that I actually discovered in high school while living in Texas & I was beyond excited to get their new CD in. I totally recommend this to ANYONE. These guys are so talented, especially in the guitar department- one of the two guitarists plays an 8 string! It’s all instrumental, but not too heavy, so the alt kids can definitely play it!

1. Bloom- 4.5/5 AMAZING guitar skillz, d00d.
2. Sargasso Sea- 4/5 Great old school vibe
3. The Great Plains- 5/5 upbeat & goes into cool melodic portion. Love it.
4. Dunes- 4/5 Epic riff!
5. Age of the Tide- 5/5!!!
6. Glacial Planet- 4/5 Nice change of pace. Much slower, but still clean.
7. City In The Sky- 5/5 Epic.
8. Giants- 5/5 Great ending to a great album.

Overall: 4.75/5 (I NEVER give a 5!!!)
